10. Trial Lessons

Trial lessons are normally chargeable based on our standard rates unless stated otherwise. Prepayment is required to reserve trial lesson time slots. All trial lesson fees are strictly non refundable unless approved by Eight Tones. Scheduled time slots may be allocated through verbal confirmation, phone calls, emails or mobile messages. Eight Tones reserves the right to change or cancel scheduled time slots at any time before the appointed time. Trial lessons cancelled more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled. Fees may be forfeited if: If the Student cancels with less than 24 hours notice. If the Student does not turn up. If the Student is uncontactable before the scheduled time.

11. Goods and Services

The prices of Goods and Services shall follow the quotation issued by Eight Tones or such other price agreed in writing. Quotations are valid for seven days unless otherwise stated. Eight Tones reserves the right to adjust prices to reflect increases in labour, materials, foreign exchange fluctuations, duties, changes in specifications or delays caused by You. Unless otherwise agreed, all prices exclude packaging, transport charges and applicable taxes. You are responsible for payment of any taxes imposed by relevant authorities.
