Once we have received your completed questionnaire, we will contact you via WhatsApp or email as soon as possible if we have not already been in touch. Our team will then review your requirements and prepare an estimated quotation for your event, typically within 10 working days, depending on the complexity and requirements of the event.
As each event requires an individual review and customised costing, we kindly ask that you allow us the full processing period before following up on your quotation.
If you require an Express Quotation within 1 to 4 working days, you may opt for our express quotation service with a $100 deposit. This deposit will be fully refunded after the performance if the booking proceeds. However, the deposit will be non-refundable if you decide not to proceed with the booking after opting for the express quotation service.*
